Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a website everyone can use, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Our Commitment

House of RCM wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

2. What We Have Done

  • Pages use a clear heading structure, so screen readers can move through them easily.
  • The menu, forms, and buttons work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
  • Text and buttons are designed with readable color contrast.
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Animations are switched off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
  • The website works on phones, tablets, and desktop screens, and can be zoomed.

3. Known Limitations

Some content comes from other companies, such as the Google Map on our Contact page, and we cannot fully control how accessible it is. We keep reviewing the website and fix issues as we find them.

4. Need Help or Found a Problem?

If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. We are happy to help by phone or email:

Please tell us the page and the problem you ran into, and we will get back to you.
