Two Prices. Both Published.
You pay 3% of what we collect for your practice each month. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay a billing fee. Credentialing is a flat $100 for each insurance enrollment.

Can I use one service without the others?
Yes. Billing, credentialing, verification, authorization, and AR recovery can each be taken on their own. Most practices start with billing, because eligibility, coding, denials, AR follow-up, and patient billing are all included in the 3% of collections.
What does it cost?
Medical billing is 3% of what we collect each month, with no setup fee. Credentialing is $100 per payer application. Standalone services are quoted up front, before any work starts.
Is there a contract?
There is no time binding contract. You are free to cancel at any time.
How is information transferred from my practice to House of RCM?
House of RCM uses any method convenient for your practice, for example mail or courier service, fax, email, or web based programs. We work inside the EHR you already use.
Can House of RCM work with practices in other states?
Yes, we absolutely can, and we do. Our clients are located throughout the United States, and we serve practices in all 50 states.
