The terms that apply when you use the House of RCM website.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the House of RCM website at www.houseofrcm.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About Us

The Website is operated by House of RCM LLC (“House of RCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a United States-based company headquartered at 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731. We provide medical billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices.

3. Using the Website

You may use the Website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information through our forms.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems, or interfere with how the Website works.
  • Send spam, malware, or automated requests to the Website or its forms.

4. Information on the Website

The content on the Website is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, coding, or medical advice, and it should not be relied on as such for a specific situation. Figures such as calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a guarantee of results.

We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but payer rules and regulations change often, and we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times.

5. Our Services Are Provided Under a Written Agreement

Contacting us, requesting an audit, or submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided only under a separate written services agreement and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from the Website, the agreement applies.

6. Forms and Communications

When you submit a form, you agree to give accurate information and allow us to contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message as described in the form’s consent line. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms and Conditions, and how we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send patient health information through the Website. See our HIPAA Notice for how to share it securely.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and layout, belong to House of RCM or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or include content from third parties, such as social networks, the EHR and practice management systems we mention, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

9. Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of RCM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. This does not limit any rights you have under a written services agreement with us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated terms.
